About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for identifying, selecting, and developing top talent to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize various recruitment channels to source and attract top candidates, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to final selection and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a diverse talent pipeline through research, networking, and database mining.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress and trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a technical or engineering field.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and selecting top talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
