Program Manager

Optima Organizational Solutions is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead our customer-focused initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the successful execution of customer strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the customer focus team, prioritizing and monitoring all activities to achieve customer commitments.
  • Act as the primary customer point of contact, resolving issues and ensuring the overall health of the customer relationship.
  • Ensure successful new product introduction by executing the NPI standard process, understanding and monitoring S&OP, and identifying necessary skills for effective transitions.
  • Manage pricing and ECO prioritization, establish and monitor KPIs related to E&O, PPV, and inventory turns.
  • Monitor and investigate technical, scheduling, financial, and quality metrics, determining cause and taking corrective action.
  • Schedule Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), ensuring attendees are well-prepared and meeting objectives are met.
  • Accountable for driving continuous improvements, ensuring build and delivery schedules, and working with the customer, internal supply chain, and operations to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure customer demand is managed and well-understood by the customer focus team, tracking and trending On-Time Delivery to customer request and Company commitment.
  • Monitor customer revenue plan through demand outlook, understanding contractual obligations, and communicating contract requirements internally.
  • Conduct monthly Program Reviews, execute customer quotation requests, assess risk, and ensure accuracy of quotations to protect gross margin.
  • Coordinate with procurement organization to develop supply chain strategy, identify risk of inventory exposure, and manage inventory days of sales.
  • Establish standard cost for parts, ensure Positive Price Variances alignment to site goals, and review Supply Chain data related to component lead-time, MOQ, and impacts to total inventory exposure.
  • Develop an understanding of DFx philosophy, promote with the customer, and coordinate with the appropriate Company function.
  • Accountable for and ensures receipt and distribution of customer documentation packages, and coordinates collection and distribution of custom.
