Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Application Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales force and customer service team, you will provide technical support and application engineering expertise to our customers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and application engineering expertise to our sales force and customer service team
  • Develop and deliver product training programs for wholesalers' personnel, contractors, and technicians
  • Represent Copeland at industry associations and events
  • Develop written content for industry magazines and support trade shows and other marketing events
  • Administer warranties and resolve customer complaints

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in application/product engineering of AC and/or Refrigeration
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to make independent decisions and recommendations
  • Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and social media
  • Spanish and English proficiency (desirable)
  • Domestic and international travel may be required (less than 30%)
