The KEC Manager is a key role within Kohler Co., responsible for managing KEC operations, achieving sales goals, and overseeing store operations. This position requires a strong understanding of business costs, product knowledge, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Kohler Co. executive for KEC, executing the yearly Account Plan to reach business goals
- Understand business costs through the life cycle of products
- Lead and inspire teams to achieve sales goals and improve store operations
- Develop and implement project plans with tasks, milestones, resources, timeframes, and dependencies
- Effectively handle challenging problems or tasks, and demonstrate initiative to identify business challenges and offer solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- MBA preferred
- +6 years prior experience in luxury segment
- Previous supervisory experience required
