Job Summary

The KEC Manager is responsible for the KEC management, achieving sales goals, and operating all stores. This role requires a strong understanding of business costs throughout the life cycle of products and the ability to increase business through events and maintaining stores with all products in a right way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Kohler Co. executive for KEC regarding the execution of the yearly Account Plan to reach business goals
  • Understand business costs through the life cycle of products
  • Act as owner to increase business with events, maintaining store with all product in a right way
  • Has achieved a level of contribution that includes a mastery of at least 2 skills relating to product knowledge or leadership
  • Inspires trust and ethical behavior by creating an atmosphere of integrity
  • Drives conflict resolution, able to adjust communication and working style to be effective in managing conflict
  • Relentless focus on profitable growth and improvement
  • Influential team leader in department
  • Able to meet and present to executive management
