Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Collection Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our Cash Collections team, you will play a critical role in maximizing the timely collection of cash from our customers around the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate call logs and expected payment dates to ensure timely collection of cash
  • Proactively contact customers to encourage timely payment and resolve any outstanding debt
  • Utilize accounting software and Microsoft Office tools to perform moderately complex account reconciliations and data analysis
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines and achieve collection targets
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Intermediate English skills and conversational French skills
  • 0-4 years of experience in collections, customer service, inside sales, AP, or related fields
  • Basic skills in accounting software and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and meet deadlines
