• Resolve customer product issues in a courteous and professional manner both outbound and inbound.

• Enter customer information accurately in databases.

• Meet and comply with department and company policies, procedures, objectives, and regulations.

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

• Ability to work in extended periods on the telephone helping customers, including customer follow-up.

• Experience with MS Office tools.
