Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Business Analyst to join our team at Charger Logistics. As a Logistics Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between business areas and IT project teams to ensure products/applications support business needs.
- Understand and analyze our in-house systems and product suite, providing subject matter expertise to clients and development teams.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare business requirements documentation, develop process flow models, and use cases to support requirements.
- Work within an Agile, Scrum-based environment to build and maintain accurate User Stories with User Acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Scrum team members to determine implementation trade-offs that improve value and reduce cost while respecting business requirements.
- Support and collaborate with the development team during the implementation of requirements to clarify and refine User Stories.
Requirements
- Fluent English is a must.
- Education related to data analyst bases is preferred.
- Previous experience as a data analyst is an asset.
- Report Generation: Possesses the ability to generate simple reports using basic functions in software and/or writing basic queries.
- Knowledge of dashboards from scratch in Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Transportation industry experience is an asset.
- Availability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Willingness to work in an office environment that is open 24/7, 365 days a year.
