About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Under Armour. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Analyze sales trends and make data-driven decisions to drive business results
  • Lead a team of sales staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Manage inventory, merchandise, and visual displays to maximize sales and customer engagement
  • Ensure operational excellence, including store appearance, safety, and compliance with company policies
  • Collaborate with the management team to align business strategy and drive results
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in a retail environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Fluency in English and local language
