We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Controlling Associate. As a member of our financial team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and transparency of our financial data.

The Role

As a Business Controlling Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. You will work closely with our accounting team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in the creation of the annual budget, establishing processes and decision criteria for optimal expenditure levels on business operations;
  • Periodic verification of accounting entries to ensure financial statements accurately reflect business activity;
  • Supporting the provision of management with accurate financial information and recommendations for process and cost improvements;
  • Monitoring business activity and project execution through KPIs;
  • Performing cost and business analysis vs budget and projections;
  • Controlling the budget execution through approval of PO and invoices.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or Engineering. A minimum of 3 years of working experience, preferably in a company with physical operations, is required. Experience in consultancy, preferably audit, or in business controlling or FP&A is a plus.
