We are looking for someone to immerse themselves in the exciting world of CRE and bring their expertise on board. As part of DHL Group, you will be working with a global network of CRE colleagues and benefiting from a wide range of development opportunities.

Job Purpose:

The primary point of contact within a given region for all day-to-day portfolio/asset management transactions. The role ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures, federal regulations, local laws, and governing documents. Ensures compliance policies and procedures are being followed. Leads sub-regional compliance projects. Leads and invigorates a high-performing team. Establishes productive business relationships with all levels of customers, business partners, and landlords. Responsible for building business unit relationships, accurately setting and meeting expectations. Provides business partners with a proactive, knowledgeable point of contact and communicator for key real estate issues.

Your Tasks:

  • Track leases and manage lease handovers.
  • Communication with sites for notices from landlords.
  • Track TI allowances and security deposits.
  • Maintain lease files / lease database.
  • Perform periodic lease file audits to ensure completeness and data quality.
  • Review important lease dates and business terms.
  • Manage critical date process.
  • Prepare and/or edit lease abstracts for accuracy (4-eye reviews).
  • Manage rent payment process.
  • Manage MTM & Holdover process.

Your Profile:

  • 3-5 years of relevant Commercial/Corporate Real Estate experience.
  • 2+ years in project management, performance reporting.
  • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in administration or related field.
  • Relevant University Degree e.g., in Administration or Real Estate related field.
  • Fluent in English.
