Job Summary

Ntt Data, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Network Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our network engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining the stability and performance of our clients' load balanced infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain stable operation of the load balanced infrastructure to ensure smooth operation of production systems and applications.
  • Test, maintain, and analyze all elements of the load balanced facilities on-prem and in the cloud.
  • Maintain SLA metrics and advise on security issues and/or implications to network solutions.
  • Overcome obstacles and drive work efforts to successful completion, achieving the intended result without any adverse impact to the production environment.
  • Contribute to projects to improve product support, customer satisfaction, and team efficiency.
  • Develop action plans to investigate and resolve complex issues and clearly communicate these to other engineers, customers, and/or relevant managers.
  • Participate in security vulnerability assessments, analyze risks, workarounds, and implement pertinent actions.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge and working experience with F5, NSX AVI platforms.
  • Experience with lifecycle of SSL certificate management.
  • iRule and Data Scripts management and scripting.
  • Experience working with the AWS cloud.
  • Advanced knowledge of network performance, network administration, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • IPAM management.
  • General knowledge of network protocols, hardware and software (including routers, switches, TCP/IP, Ethernet, VPNs, etc.).
  • Experience working in IT Outsourcing and Managed services organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification for F5 BIG-IP or VMware NSX Advanced Load Balancer (Avi) for Operators certifications.
  • AWS certifications.
  • Industry-related certifications.

Education Requirements

Undergraduate degree and 8+ years relevant and functional experience with enterprise load balanced environments and cloud systems or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
