As a Business Systems Analyst: SAP CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing new and enhancing existing functionality in SAP CRM, including articulating requirements and translating them to effective solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Implement new and enhance existing functionality in SAP CRM, including articulating requirements and translating them to effective solutions.
• Possess broad expertise or unique knowledge in the area of Field Service, Service Contracts, and Help Desk.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in solving complex business problems and coach/mentor other team members with design leadership to achieve organizational goals.
• Perform configuration/system changes to meet business requirements as needed.
• Lead cross-functional meetings as part of requirements gathering, driving projects, or providing status updates on various projects.
**Requirements**
• Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in supporting Call-Center, Field Service, and Service Contracts in SAP CRM.
• Supporting users in a medical device company is desirable.
• Possess a strong business and customer/client focus.
• Experience with deep understanding of IT Applications and Technology.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Very strong collaboration, negotiation, and influence capability required.
**Preferred Qualifications**
• SAP CRM: 5 years of experience.
• CRM Field Service: 5 years of experience.
• CRM Service area: Service Contracts: 5 years of experience.
• CRM Service area: RMA's: 5 years of experience.
