Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the rotation and optimization of equipment in alignment with operational requirements and client agreements.
  • Update and manage incomplete loads in Mexico, ensuring timely assignment of trailers to carriers and minimizing idle time.
  • Monitor and maintain the lifecycle of equipment through effective mileage tracking and maintenance scheduling.
  • Evaluate equipment performance to identify units for removal from service and determine optimal placement for low-mileage units.
  • Input empty units into the work order system for necessary cleaning and inspection.
  • Assist with the monthly billing process for trailer detention.
  • Review and follow up on trailer damages and necessary repairs.
  • Maintain precise records of equipment movements across various Charger facilities in North America.

Qualifications:

  • Shift: Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse analysis, or equipment management is required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business is mandatory.
  • In-depth knowledge of North American and Mexican geography is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in the transportation sector is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a quick learning aptitude for new software.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience with Fleet Manager software is beneficial.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
