About the Role

We're expanding our Marketing team in one of the most significant markets for inDrive. This new team member will be developing and executing strategies to effectively communicate a company's message to its target audience, create content, follow up on market research, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and promote marketing initiatives to achieve corporate business goals and objectives.
  • Develop tactical marketing plans within budget requirements in partnership with local marketing managers and the marketing director of the Latin America region.
  • Develop, manage, and produce materials to create a cohesive image and message for all communication channels throughout the entrusted region.
  • Collaborate with local marketing managers, the HQ team, and internal and external teams on a daily basis.
  • Ensure that all development delivered is sufficient and produced according to approved timings.
  • Communicate and negotiate with promotional partners as needed for joint marketing activities.
  • Evaluate the success of various communication activities and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on similar industry activities.
  • Ensure that all products and services represented conform to the company's guidelines, brand positioning, and brand identity.

Qualifications

  • University degree in marketing, advertising, or economics.
  • 3 years of work experience in marketing communications or creative agencies as a senior manager.
  • Understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in marketing techniques, technologies, and solutions.
  • Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate the end-to-end development process while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • A well-defined sense of conflict resolution and people management skills.
  • English level – B2 or higher is required.
