**Job Summary**:

Page Personnel is seeking a Customer Service Team Lead to join our team in LATAM. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in customer relationship and service level management, with a strong background in supply chain and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Manage and guide the LATAM Customer Service Team to ensure excellent customer service standards.

Assist in problem-solving and root-cause analysis regarding the LATAM Distribution Centers.

Interact with customers and handle customer inquiries.

Lead and/or participate in Supply Chain process.

Align short- and long-term priorities with sales and supply chain/warehouses.

Review transactions, credits, and returns.

**Requirements:**

Minimum 5 years' experience in customer relationship and service level management.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.

Advanced English.

Ability to build strong cross-departmental business relationships.

Ability to develop and maintain relationships with people from different cultures and backgrounds.

Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.

Ability to work on projects with minimal supervision.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

SAP experience is a plus.
