About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Consultant to join our team at GlobalLogic. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure seamless integration of automated tests within our pipeline.
  • Create well-structured automated test cases based on analyzed customer requirements.
  • Leverage cutting-edge AI & ML technologies to design and implement advanced automated test suites contributing to increasing efficiency of testing.
  • Report detected deviations and carry them out through the whole defect lifecycle.
  • Lead collaboration with product development and business units at GlobalLogic to reduce dependency and remove impediments.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients.
  • Lead project planning and execution on a team level.
  • Actively participate in relevant CoPs (Community of Practice).
  • Accelerate knowledge transfer by conducting training, ad-hoc coaching, and help in boosting x-teams collaboration.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of software upgrade and implementation project processes, Software Testing Life Cycle, incident management, standard test deliverables.
  • 5+ years of experience in testing role working on complex systems ideally within a financial domain.
  • Experience in implementation of Agile practices and frameworks.
  • Previous experience in test automation is required.
  • Unsupervised design, development, and implementation of test automation scripts is a plus.
  • Familiar with SQL able to write scripts to manipulate data.
  • A relevant software testing qualification/s e.g. ISTQB (or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Upper-intermediate English.
  • Analytical mindset and a solution-focused attitude. Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Good at keeping deadlines and work within a tight time schedule.
  • Self-motivation and determination to exceed expectations.
  • Self-sufficient, persistent, and fast learner.
