About the Role

At Didi Global, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated City Key Account Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new key accounts through rigorous field work, constant face-to-face meetings, and other means that promote and generate interest in our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and visit clients to acquire a deep understanding of their needs and diagnose their requirements.
  • Build and present a value offer for each potential restaurant and/or brand, highlighting the benefits of partnering with Didi Global.
  • Handle objections, identify common points, and emphasize agreements to reach a positive closing of the account.
  • Become a partner of allied restaurants, identifying decision-makers and establishing business relationships that foster a long-term win-win mentality.
  • Make weekly progress reports, ensuring accurate data and internalizing relevant market information for informed decision-making.
  • Meet and exceed expectations and commitments with our allies by providing excellent service, conducting detailed and personalized follow-ups, and mobilizing the company towards exceptional service.
  • Prioritize opportunities in your territory, develop a work system, and implement action plans to achieve performance metrics and established objectives.
  • Understand and own Didi Global's goal and purpose to continuously improve company performance.
Requirements
  • 3 years or more of commercial experience, including closing large clients, services, and/or products, negotiation of contractual terms and conditions.
  • University degree in administrative, marketing, international business, or related fields.
  • Hunter mentality: organized, proactive, competitive, and autonomous, with a focus on achieving and overachieving objectives within defined times.
  • Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment with challenging goals.
  • Interpersonal skills: proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and maintain constructive, assertive, collaborative, and cooperative working relationships with internal and external clients in multifunctional organizations.
  • Collaborative decision-making, conflict management, and problem-solving skills.
