This critical role will report to the Americas Recruiting & Onboarding Leader and will be responsible for driving strategic projects from across the Global Recruiting Diversity and Culture organization.

As a Project Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on global projects that impact our HR community. You will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle from strategy development to implementation, providing support to identify best-in-class recruiting practices, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to accomplish project goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage project lifecycle from strategy development to implementation
  • Provide support to identify best-in-class recruiting practices and identify new training opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to accomplish project goals
  • Contribute to the development of strategy for projects that impact our HR community
  • Develop and/or assist with development of new methods and processes for improving operations
  • Help ensure alignment of project priorities with HP business strategy

**Requirements:**

  • Enrolled in University with a career-related degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Communication Science & Education, or related field
  • Intermediate project management skills
  • Intermediate research and analytical skills
  • Intermediate facilitation and consulting skills
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
  • English proficiency at 85% written and communication
