Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will assist our HR department with various administrative tasks and support the daily activities of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Provide support with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee communications.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support HR initiatives and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
