Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Development Intern. As an HR Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our HR team in various aspects of talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in HR and talent management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs and employee development initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software applications.
