Job Summary:

Tuvanosa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Jefe De Almacén. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and driving business growth through efficient logistics and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and Coordinate: Directly supervise a team of warehouse personnel, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Operational Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods, supplies, and services.
  • Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and other departments, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the preparation and delivery of invoices, both cash and credit, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Warehouse Management: Responsible for the overall management of warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock management, and storage.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Preparatory, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
