The Leasing Representative plays a crucial role in supporting our Leasing customers throughout the life of their contract. This involves clarifying doubts, assisting with processes such as end-of-term and annual payment, and ensuring compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
This position requires a customer-centric approach, integration with vendors, and effective communication with peers and senior leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and time management skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Leasing operation by providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage external vendors that provide services to GM Financial and our customers.
- Assist dealers with requests regarding vehicle registration processes.
- Prepare and submit reports for the Leasing department.
