Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Raw Material Planner to join our team at Bosch Group. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for coordinating with Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Warehouse to ensure the smooth operation of planning, incoming raw materials, and maximizing inventory utilization and manufacturing capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and optimize inventory levels.
  • Review and provide follow-up on orders placed, verify delivery, and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and implement departmental strategies for inventory management, new product introduction, and phase-outs.
  • Monitor raw material inventory levels on a monthly basis to ensure compliance with business plan targets.
  • Plan, schedule, coordinate, and/or monitor new customer, new program, and new part introductions.
  • Elaborate priority lists and follow up with production on urgencies.
  • Review and provide current status on customer priority orders on a daily basis.

Requirements:

  • Education: Engineer or Master's Degree (preferred) with no more than 3 years of professional experience.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
  • No more than 2-3 years of experience in similar positions and/or materials planning.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP's, basic formulas, pivot tables, graphics, etc.).
  • SAP System Knowledge is a plus (Planning and Raw Material Modules).
  • Willingness to learn.
