We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Analyst to join our team at Bayer. As a Cost Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing financial models and business scenarios to inform strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain complex financial models and business scenarios to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure accurate product costing for all materials commercialized in Mexico and PACA, including analysis and follow-up with the accounting area
- Coordinate and consolidate cost variance reports for various stakeholders
- Develop and maintain inventory forecasting financial analysis reports for various stakeholders
- Responsible for analysis and reporting of budget, forecast, and actual results for Villagran production cost, Parental Seed, and Mexico Machinery Area
- Consolidate and report Norla KPIs and monthly closing reports to Senior Leadership
- Contribute to the improvement of cost estimation processes through innovation and digitalization, including the development and update of KPI dashboards on digital platforms
- Develop finance business education and training programs
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering
- 5 years of cumulative experience in different areas of finance
- Previous experience in FP&A and Controllership is desirable
- Key competencies: Analytical Skills, Results Orientation, Digital Acumen, Fast Learner, Initiative
- Advanced English knowledge, Spanish, and Portuguese (desirable)
