Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Programmatic Trafficker to join our team. As a key member of our Paid Media team, you will be responsible for improving programmatic campaigns across RTB platforms, refining tactics, and producing results for our advertisers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis to inform client strategies and deliver valuable insights.
  • Work with the Media Team to strategize media allocation and make informed decisions regarding advertiser investments.
  • Develop client insights to inform client strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through written, phone, and in-person communication.
  • Interpret attribution modeling and 3rd party analytics data.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in display and programmatic advertising in an agency environment.
  • Knowledge of display advertising, specifically real-time bidding, ad networks, DSP Platforms (DV360, Amazon DSP), attribution models, and associated technologies, specifically within the Google Marketing Platform.
  • Experience with innovation.
  • Experience in numerical detail and analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential, Macros & SQL capabilities.
  • Demonstrate a structured way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands, specifically listening, consulting, and influencing.
  • Positive thinker, with levels of evident enthusiasm.
  • Open, honest and direct, is comfortable in giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  • The ability to discuss difficult situations with ease.
