Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Advertising Specialist to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and executing programmatic campaigns that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Account Management and Sales teams to troubleshoot programmatic deals and solve problems.
  • Analyze data from open-market and buyers to improve yield and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve marketplace offerings and functionality, driving buyer/seller monetization and company revenue performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in programmatic advertising, ensuring our campaigns are optimized for success.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their goals.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to sales teams, ensuring they can effectively communicate campaign status, performance, and upside opportunities to clients.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in a field such as programmatic advertising, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in trading desk agencies or the programmatic advertising industry.
  • Proven success working with SSPs/DSPs and other programmatic platforms, including DV360, The Tradedesk, Xandr, Smart Adserver, and Google Ad Manager.
  • Excellent data, analytic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Energetic, proactive, and eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
