Key Responsibilities:- Develop detailed financial analyses of potential acquisition targets and prepare valuation analyses of potential acquisition targets.
- Participate in and support the due diligence process to ensure timely receipt and review of information and completion of reports for management.
- Partner with other team members on complex strategic problems and assessments.
- Prepare Investment Committee and Board of Director materials for presentation of investment opportunities.
- Support post-closing periodical reporting requirements and monitor acquisition performance and realization of growth targets.
- Experience in M&A, Corporate Development, or Accounting (Valuation) related roles with a focus on corporate transactions.
- Proven analytical capabilities and extensive Financial Modeling skills and an understanding of valuation methodologies.
- Strong Financial and Accounting skill set, including understanding of Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statement, and Profit and Loss statements.
- Ability to analyze market data to identify trends and acquisition opportunities in support of Ntt Data, Inc.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform complex analysis with a global impact on our organization.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools.
