Job Title: Senior Corporate Counsel

Caterpillar is seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal support to our business teams and driving the management of our financial products across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and implement legal strategies for portfolio management, including default account resolution and restructuring payment terms.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to align legal strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless integration of legal activities into business operations.
  • Manage corporate governance responsibilities, including maintaining corporate books, drafting resolutions, and ensuring accuracy of corporate records.
  • Oversee legal compliance for portfolio management activities across multiple jurisdictions and provide legal advice on compliance risks.
Requirements:
  • Law degree required
  • Fluent English
  • Strong risk management and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
