Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Manager to join our team at Reser's Fine Foods, Inc. in Beaverton, OR. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering our total rewards strategy to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy to ensure competitive positioning of compensation and benefit programs.
  • Lead the design and implementation of employee benefit programs, including health, wellness, and retirement plans.
  • Manage a team of benefits and compensation professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful program execution.
  • Analyze compensation and benchmark data to inform strategic decisions and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with plant HR leadership teams to ensure visibility and education on total rewards packages.
  • Oversee compliance with all benefits and compensation regulations, including pay equity and transparency requirements, HIPAA, and ERISA.
  • Support retirement plan administration, including annual audits and non-discrimination testing.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform recommendations for benefits and compensation programs.
  • Assist in managing annual compensation and bonus planning processes, budgets, and systems.
  • Provide leadership and management of projects and initiatives within scope of role.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in benefits and compensation administration, with CBP and/or CCP certification preferred.
  • Prior people leadership experience required.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and statistical skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • HRIS experience, preferably with UKG and Benefits Administration.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working Conditions
  • On-site role with occasional travel required.
  • Work will primarily be performed in an office environment, requiring prolonged sitting.
  • Occasional weekend and/or evening work may be required to support business needs.
