Business Development Manager

The Sales Support Specialist is a key professional position that requires a high level of independence and analytical thinking. This role involves working closely with sales teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to provide comprehensive support throughout the client and sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist sales teams in coordinating internal efforts, preparing materials, and developing client presentations and marketing materials.
- Attend client meetings, document call reports, and track follow-up items from internal and client meetings.
- Support sales teams in developing and executing client strategies and sales initiatives, including maintaining associated reports.
- Collaborate with sales team members to ensure CRM and other internal systems are up-to-date and accurate.
- Liaise with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, and Finance to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of client onboarding procedures (KYC requirements, OFAC, etc.) and use of Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for client interaction and internal team collaboration.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
Education:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
Average Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
