We're seeking an experienced Benefits Analyst to join our team. In this exciting opportunity, you'll be responsible for administering, analyzing, and managing our global benefits programs, including health and welfare plans, retirement and pension plans, and global mobility initiatives. Your expertise will help us navigate the ever-changing regulatory landscape and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

We also offer competitive compensation packages, including an estimated salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Responsibilities
  • Administer health and welfare plans, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and health savings accounts.
  • Manage retirement and pension plans, including 401(k), defined benefit, and defined contribution plans.
  • Process and/or manage employee enrollments, terminations, and changes in benefit programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations and internal procedures.
  • Support the development, implementation, and communication of benefit programs and policies.
  • Train and evaluate HR Ops for benefits orientations and explain benefits self-enrollment systems to new and current employees.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to benefits and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with all governmental recordkeeping and reporting requirements for Mobility, NA Benefits and Global Benefits programs.
  • Respond to Tier II mobility and benefits inquiries from employees and resolve any issues that arise in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with HR Technology and Global Payroll teams to ensure seamless integration of benefits information and accurate payroll deductions.
  • Assist in analyzing employee benefits data, market data, and trends to help with plan design and cost-saving strategies.
