As Operations Director, you will lead the charge in optimizing our factory automation processes to drive efficiency, productivity, and quality. Your expertise in lean manufacturing methodologies will be crucial in identifying and eliminating waste, streamlining operations, and implementing sustainable improvements.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, with opportunities for growth and professional development within our dynamic organization.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead value stream mapping exercises to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
  • Develop and execute plans to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
  • Schedule and direct manufacturing operations based on sales requirements and value stream capacity.
  • Implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge in lean manufacturing and related areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in factory automation.
  • Proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing methodologies and achieving significant improvements in efficiency, quality, and productivity.
