Descripción del PuestoNos estamos buscando a una persona apasionada que pueda liderar proyectos complejos y conducir nuestro equipo hacia lograr nuestros objetivos.
Como Director de Operaciones Logísticas, tú serás responsable de:
- Desarrollar estrategias de planificación de recursos humanos y capacidad para operaciones de transporte.
- Mantener bajo vigilancia las métricas actuales, analizar datos y colaborar con equipos internos para identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos y sistemas.
- Tener conocimientos y experiencia en operaciones de transporte, así como habilidades técnicas, resolución de problemas y comunicativas excelentes.
- Encontrar soluciones prácticas y sencillas para problemas complejos sin sacrificar calidad o funcionalidad básica.
- Experiencia definir proyectos, recopilar requisitos, diseñar soluciones de procesos y sistemas, escribir especificaciones funcionales detalladas, coordinar esfuerzos para escalar, programar y comunicar resultados dentro de toda la organización.
- 2+ años de experiencia en gestión de programas o proyectos.
- Conocimiento intermedio de Excel (e.g., tablas dinámicas y gráficos, múltiples criterios de búsqueda, fórmulas lógicas anidadas/IF, limpieza de datos, fórmulas de matriz, etc.).
- Grado universitario o equivalente.
- 2+ años de experiencia en conceptos de gestión de cadenas de suministro, por ejemplo, pronóstico, planificación, optimización y logística.
- Flexible para trabajar turnos nocturnos y/o fines de semana si necesario.
