Arrow Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Asset Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As an Asset Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Forecast and manage inventory levels to meet customer demands
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate and place purchase orders
• Resolve sales and supplier-related issues, and negotiate special returns
• Expedite factory purchase orders to meet customer open order demands
• Match open orders to customer backlog and make requested schedule changes
• Maintain manual bonds for non-e-commerce accounts
• Send requests for corporate allocations for backlog and expedite backlog
• Bond maintenance at the direction of the material planner
• Manage consignment billings and ensure timely shipment of released orders

**Requirements:**

• Typically requires a 4-year degree and 3-4 years of experience or related experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Knowledge of the IBM AS400 is a plus
