We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing full-lifecycle recruitment for professional positions, including engineering, finance, supply chain, and IT roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-lifecycle recruitment for professional positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partner/Manager to determine hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Responsible for talent acquisition and personal effectiveness in meeting performance goals in areas such as quantity, delivery, and efficiency.
- Ensure all reporting requirements and recruiting practices are compliant with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Support indirect hiring process as needed and partner with industry associations and organizations to network and develop relationships.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience managing full-lifecycle recruitment for professional positions.
- Experience in global manufacturing or engineering company highly preferred.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Able to manage multiple priorities with aggressive deadlines and utilize effective interviewing techniques.
