Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service, anticipating and exceeding their expectations
• Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors and partners to provide unique experiences for our guests
• Stay up-to-date with local events and knowledge of local venues to create memorable moments for our guests
• Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure seamless guest experiences

• Service-focused personality with exceptional communication skills
• Polished professional presentation and ability to lead by example
• Strong interpersonal abilities and creative problem-solving skills
• Desirable: Les Clefs d'Or membership or willingness to obtain
