Key Responsibilities- Act as the technical interface between customers and our organization, driving the solution of customer problems in applications of Infineon products.
- Support customers in their qualification processes, gathering feedback on product performance and limitations, and consolidating improvement suggestions.
- Develop and implement new approaches for business opportunities, including go-to-market strategies and product launches.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing, R&D, and sales teams.
- Carry out tasks related to product launches, including application notes, technical presentations, and demo boards.
- Develop and coordinate activities for third-party tools and services.
- Perform application-relevant measurements, evaluation, and validation in customer applications.
- Execute technical trainings and create technical customer documentation.
- Collaborate in failure analysis and customer returns on behalf of quality assurance.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on market-to-business and new product introduction.
- Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and market trends.
