Technical Marketing Business Process Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Engineer for Technical Marketing to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our Product Marketing Business Process Management team, you will play a crucial role in managing and standardizing global go-to-market business process deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a segment of global go-to-market business process deliverables, ensuring adaptability and standardization across all divisions.
- Own change management of process deliverables and process improvements, establishing a seamless interface between go-to-market process and deliverables processes.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials, serving as a go-to-person for go-to-market business process and fostering knowledge exchange and best practices sharing within marketing communities.
- Support global projects, leveraging project management experience to drive success.
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of work experience in Technical Marketing processes, including Requirement Management, Datasheet, and Programming manuals.
- Proven experience in Technical Marketing and Embedded Software.
- High motivation towards establishing and managing technical marketing go-to-market processes.
