About the Role

Lalamove is seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Senior Associate to drive our growth strategy in Mexico. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and grow our user base.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across social networks, SEO, SEM, and programmatic media
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide weekly and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders
  • Monitor growth KPIs (CAC, CPL, CPV, etc.) and performance A/B testing to validate hypotheses
  • Manage paid media budgets effectively across channels and ensure proper pacing
  • Develop acquisition communication ideas and coordinate their development and execution in campaign materials
  • Support the marketing and operations departments to achieve user and driver base growth
  • Identify opportunities for brand positioning with potential content, creatives, keyword trends, and other improvements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with performance marketing campaigns
  • Experience with paid media, content strategies, and reporting insights
  • Graduated in Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, or similar
  • Advanced English
