Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and recruit top talent for various roles within the organization.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and efficient onboarding processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Advanced English language skills.
- At least one year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work on-site (Monday to Friday).
