About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Diagnostic Technician II to join our team at Plexus. This role is ideal for an individual with experience in technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause detection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in troubleshooting and debug of non-conforming materials in CRG and Normal Production.
  • Perform preparation and initial assessment of defective parts, including electronic, electrical, and mechanical components.
  • Write reports summarizing findings using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Establish standard assessment practices and create documentation as a guide for future reference.
  • Monitor inventory levels in the debug area and implement actions to prevent stockouts.

Additional Accountabilities:

  • Assist in assessments and inventories.
  • Support Field Engineers in troubleshooting CRGs at manufacturing and customer sites.
  • Contribute to the generation of First Article (FA) reports.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Two years of related experience; three years or more preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Estimated Salary Range:$70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
