The Education and Training Specialist will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs for Dyson Mexico employees, experts, and retail partners to ensure that our technology is well understood and demonstrated effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training tools and materials to support all product characteristics and benefits.
  • Use creativity to produce engaging content for social channels, events, advertising, and masterclasses to reach different audiences.
  • Build relationships with Dyson's Sales & Marketing teams to understand training needs and develop continuous education programs.
  • Support brand or product activation activities, expos, product launches, and retail partners' activities.
  • Manage education logistics, including communication, venue planning, travel, materials, and production.

Requirements:

  • College Degree
  • Desired Hair Styling or Beauty Certificate or Degree
  • Experience in Training or Education, desired in Hair Beauty or Styling
  • Passion for trends, beauty, and hair styling
  • Superb content creation skills for all learning materials
  • Strong group management and facilitation skills
  • Great organization and planning skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills to communicate to different audiences
  • Solid presentation skills involving large and diverse audiences
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Desired experience in Sales
  • Desired experience in a retail environment
