About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Mexico City. As a key member of our diabetes marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our oral antidiabetic products through innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans for oral antidiabetic products.
  2. Collaborate closely with sales, medical management, market research, access, and commercial teams to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  3. Participate in the planning and execution of advertising campaigns, promotions, and continuing medical education activities.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identify market trends and opportunities, and propose strategic adjustments based on findings.
  5. Collaborate with external agencies to develop effective marketing materials, creative campaigns, and communication strategies.
Requirements
  1. Previous experience in marketing roles in the pharmaceutical industry.
  2. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to support strategic decision making.
  3. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
  4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  5. Fluent English.
