Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team in preparing key metrics, ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines, and generating invoices on time. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of Finance Operations experience, preferably in the Automotive industry, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Team Leaders/Managers in preparing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Assist with audits by providing supporting records and documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation and desktop procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to standardized processes and internal/external guidelines.
  • Generate invoices promptly upon request during the work shift.
  • Monitor progress and alert Management to any red flags or concerns.
  • Be available to work extended shifts or weekends during month-end closing.
Requirements
  • High sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
  • At least 1 year of Finance Operations experience, preferably in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Audit, or Accounting.
  • Automotive industry Finance & Accounting knowledge is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Logical thinking and proactivity are essential.
  • Client-centered and quality-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Excel is highly desirable.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
