- Event Execution (30%): Contribute to creative input, manage vendors, coordinate teams, communicate with stakeholders, and promote events through digital channels.
- Data Analysis and Reporting (10%): Analyze audience data, track metrics, and provide insights to inform future event strategies.
- 3-4 years of experience in the event industry
- Advanced English Level
- Self-starter with initiative, resourcefulness, and critical thinking
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external management
- Proficiency in live and virtual events, awareness of current trends, vendors, and best practices for delivering engaging events
- Proficiency with registration and event software, including Google Suite and Splash
- A working knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
