We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Planner to join our Planning & Customer Management team in Mexico City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Finance and Commercial teams to develop accurate demand forecasts and scenario plans.
  • Maintain effective communication with planners across manufacturing sites to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Lead supply network planning activities, including coordinating with Trade Operations and Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance and minimize supply disruptions.
  • Support Supply Chain Finance with inventory projections, analysis, and SLOB reserve calculations.
  • Contribute to the end-to-end launch process, ensuring timely delivery and launch volumes.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential supply issues, developing action plans to minimize their impact.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (DOS, SLOB, MAPE, Service Level), conducting root cause analysis on deviations.
  • Participate in relevant projects, both locally and globally, to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering or a related area.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Supply Planning or Demand Planning, with a strong background in Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • APICS certification is a plus, as is experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Fluency in English is required, with strong communication and customer orientation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
