**Job Summary**
Mphasis Digital Risk is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Project Manager to lead project initiatives in the financial operations area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the work of multiple project team members and overseeing all stages of the project, including planning, requirements gathering, development, testing, and go-live for payroll-related projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Lead project initiatives in financial operations, ensuring timely escalation of critical risks and issues
• Provide input to the Program Manager and perform regular updates to the project plan and weekly status reporting
• Validate SIT (System Integration Testing) / UAT (User Acceptance Test) Plan Schedule and be responsible for testing activities if applicable
• Initiate Change Request with the Program Manager
• Manage Project Up/Down Communication
**Requirements**
• 2+ years of project management experience
• 2+ years of experience in payroll
• Excellent understanding of payroll principles and systems (ADP GV)
• Knowledge of time tracking systems (Workday)
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Experience in automations
• English Proficiency
• Excel - Advanced
• Power BI
