Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Tlnt. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our supply chain strategies, ensuring seamless product delivery to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate inventory forecasts based on sales trends and data analysis.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable product supply and negotiate favorable agreements.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock.
- Optimize reorder points and lead times to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and address any logistical issues that may arise.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance supply chain performance.
- Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity and resilience to external disruptions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with supply chain technologies and tools.
