Role Overview and Responsibilities
As a Supply Chain Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of customer data across various software platforms, including CRM, ECC, and accounting systems. Your primary duties will include:
  • Efficiently processing orders and addressing inquiries from internal stakeholders regarding order statuses and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinating with warehouse operations to ensure smooth order flow and tracking.
  • Entering and verifying proof of delivery while processing orders for internal acknowledgment.
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy in all order management tasks.

Collaboration and Support
You will work closely with sales teams and master planning to confirm the accuracy of order information and resolve any discrepancies. Additionally, you will provide support to the Master Planning and Business Operations Office Manager, assisting with filing systems and daily documentation tasks related to orders.
